1. DECLARATION

You acknowledge and agree that the products produced by us are bespoke products, they are produced specifically for you once you have placed an order.

We do not hold stock and would not have produced the goods without your order. This is why you will agree that you have no right to change your mind unless the goods are faulty. You do not have the right to cancel an order or return goods if the items are not damaged/faulty, all orders are final. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

We offer a generous return and refund policy, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product.

2. UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Not obvious color difference - Malopium uses different processes to print your designs, it's based on the raw material of the products you selected, the final products may have color difference with the artwork, so Malopium reserves the right to refuse the returns.
Wrong shipping address - Malopium does not refund/exchange/reship the order if the shipping address is incorrect.
Size Does Not Fit - Malopium does not refund/exchange/accept returns if the size does not fit, you must check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

3. ACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Packages lost in transit - claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items - Items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product.
Wrong size items - size label on product/package does not match order. Items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product.

4. GENERAL
If you return the products without valid reason you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping them.
